Hey I just picked up a 94 Lebaron myself, I was wondering if you could tell me how to put the top down on it. In my last convertible all I had to do was flip the latches on the headliner then push the button.
If the latches/button combination doesn't work, then you may need to fold the top manually, either due to a bad pump or hydraulics. There is a bypass valve in the trunk which you'll need to open. It's a black knob on the passengers side. With that open, you should be able to unlatch the top and fold it down.
I've been lacking time and money to work on this project lately... right now it sits in the garage with about 201K miles and some bodywork partly done - rust stripped and spots primed.
